What does it mean when...?

My 1st gen female person is 'not feeling fresh'.

Is it just because she's tired or should I give her medicine or something?

I dont think u can do anything to change it except wait, it doesnt affect anything as far as I can tell.

Just put them in the shower and they will feel good again.
