I accidentally 'sold' one of my pure bred fish a Silky Beta :P Is there a simple way to breed it back from my current stock?

If you have a Silky Stickfish and a Silky Spotanus, you can breed them to get your Silky Beta back. If you don't have either of those fish, you will need to purchase some common eggs, since no other combination of common fish will produce the Silky Beta.

Speaking of parents, since I have the lite version, I noticed that I if I had a max of 6 fishes in one tank and say 2 of them were pregnant only one of them gives birth and later on the other one just mysteriously isn't pregnant anymore. Is this because of the 7 fish limit per tank on the lite version? smile

Yes. The same thing happens with the full version. If you are near the limit only enough baby fish will appear to bring you up to the limit (21 in the full version).
