This mod will allow you to have a *GENERAL* idea of where the levels change on your villagers. (Please note: These positions are APPROXIMATE!) The three yellow marks go from left to right, and are as follows: Trainee, Adept, Master.
As you can see in the screenshot, Papete is a master in Building, Research, and Healing, Adept in Farming, and just barely a Trainee in Parenting.
