How to make your villagers look younger or older

If you download the files "female_heads_old" and "male_heads_old" they will make your elderly villagers look younger.
If you download the files "female_heads" and "male_heads" they will make your younger villagers(kids, teenagers, adults)look very old.
Open the attached folder and download the files you want, good luck
