I noticed there wasn't a breeding Chart online (or at least I couldn't find one) for Fish Tycoon DS - I decided to make one. The chart includes 2 sheets - 1 for fins and the other for bodies. Instructions to use the chart and the .zip download link can be found in the link below. The chart is in Microsoft Office 1997 - 2003 Format, so it should be compatible for most people!
