Please fix automated messages!

Sorry, don't know where to put this but this is important!

I've had a forum account since the beginning of time. I recently tried to log into it and failed. I contacted your support and they tried to send me links which never showed up in my inbox or spam folder.

That was with a gmail email. I then tried to make a new account using a hotmail email and I was able to receive automated messages and confirmation links with that. Please look into this because I'm very annoyed. I had that account forever and was able to log into it last year and years before!

It would be helpful to know what the user name is for the account you are trying to log into, so that we could have a look at our database. If you logged into it last year, it should still be there.
