A link on Facebook led me to this sponsored post on Gamezebo. I particularly liked the last paragraph:

In a post, Barbara said me that they still didn't decided to release it on PC or not. So now i guess they made the decision.

I really hope they release it on the PC version of Google Play for free, as my computer's operating system is Windows 10, and I would find it easier to play VT that way, then on my tablet.
