I promise I'm not being silly! Are you playing our desktop version, or one of the mobile versions?
Our desktop version does not have coin purchases in the game, but it also has a higher career pay rate to help balance that aspect.
Our mobile versions do. The methods for purchasing coins vary with each platform (iOS, Kindle, Android), in the sense that there are different stores for the different platforms.
However, if you are playing on a mobile device, you can open the Store, then scroll down to Coins and More! which is where all of the in-app purchases can be found.
