Village Sim is only on the PC as Virtual Villagers: A New Home they are basically the same.

Christopher is correct, Jackie. Village Sim for Palm is the same game as Virtual Villagers 1: A New Home for Windows/Mac (and Virtual Villagers: Origins on iOS and Android)!
