Is there going to be an upcoming ldw game?

Im really looking forward for a new game, im not sure if this is too fast or anything but Im just wondering If there's going to be a new ldw game. I have been expecting a new virtual villager game coming soon but there's no update on anything since last year.

If there is, it will be shown on the Previews page of the LDW official Website

Except the only upcoming game listed there is Lonely Pets, and that page hasn't been updated in two years.

Whether they've stopped making games or not, I really wish someone from LDW would let us know for sure...

What I want is for them to make another VV/VF game Kindle-friendly.

It's been a loooooooong time. I've given up on them, to be honest.

I can't wait for another virtual villagers. I've told all my friends about VV! Hopefully they do make one soon.

I've been hoping for a VV6, even gone as far as to see where VV6 would fit on Isola.. theres room next to VV5 and down the back looks like it could have a hidden beach front.

now this is only an idea, but what if VV6 worked like a normal VV game, but also an expansion?, like say you have VV 1,2,3,4 or 5 (even all 5), you can train up/research/tech up blah blah, and be able to trade amongst villages with "trade boats" etc.
those "sections"(I.E locations for previous VV games) will be named after your past tribes. To add, you can click "travel to" and play your previous VV games/keep an eye on them.(not sure how one would infuse game speed/pausing into a game done like this, but maybe possible to run villages at different speeds?/some on pause n some not?.

also, could do a bundle pack, like VV 1-6, in a bundle pack if going to do a connection expansion, that way people who never played previous VV games, can buy the bundle pack and start on them all at once?

^if doing the joint idea, you'd still have to leave "collections" out of VV1(for PC/Mac etc.).. unless VV1 could spawn a collection from any/all games of VV.
As for iOS etc with VV1:Origins, you'd need to keep the collections in.

It looks like it is Lonely Pets . I see the progress bar is pretty far along now - at about 90%. I'd pretty well given up on that. It's been well over two years in development.

To be honest, with the lack of any news or confirmation from the LDW team and not even any updates on the website, I've given up on any new projects from them. I check back every so often, but as far as another game goes, it's now reached the point for me where I'll believe it when I see it.

That said, there are a couple of screenshots at http://ow.ly/user/LastDayOfWork which are called Fish Tycoon 2. Could this be a sign of things to come...?
