I expect that image will confuse several people who play the games on their phone or tablet. 
People playing the Mac or Windows versions can change the names of their peeps if they wish. Unfortunately that's not available on the iOS or Android versions. Similarly players on Mac or Windows can download modifications (mods) - in this case the background of the Family screen has been changed to black. Again, due to the systems' restrictions, these aren't available for players using iOS or Android.
