Crazy villagers

I saw some villagers doing things like complaning(to nobody), chatting(to the totems), rain dancing(in the place where vegetables grow), and much more. Today I saw a lady telling a joke! I guessed she messed up the punch line because nobody was listening
is this normal? or do I need to take them to the hospital at the south end of the village for an operation lol

I've seen all of those! Just idiosyncrasies, I guess. (although the raindancing makes sense, if you think about it hard enough lol)

What are idiosyncrasies? By the way even if all my villagers raindance(there are 105 of them) they will never make rain! That's good, though, because in VV3 when it rains, the villagers all run for cover and forget about their job.

I have my dictionary at the side cause english is not my motherlanguage and it says: personal weirdness or mood, translated from dutch that is

i just love all those funny surprises:
VV1 when a villager is untrained is says 'bored' hahaha,
or in all 3 games 'complaining',
in VV3: drinking rain, so cute

That's about the best definition of 'idiosyncrasy' I've ever seen.

These actions are "late-in-the-game" activities that the villagers perform when the tribe is thiving. They are perfectly normal. And, as you siad, there are more than just the ones you listed.

In one part of the island inbetween the big mosic and the vegetable patch 5 villagers were walking up and down saying all diffrent things like telling a joke, complaining, exersisng. It seems the like to pace around. lOl
