Hi Simsame. The stuffed elephant is available for purchase in the Toys area of the store from the very start of the game (it's not locked until a future generation). It does not "come" with a board game.

The likelihood of your peeps playing a board game increases with the purchase of a toy, it doesn't have to be an elephant.
