But, in fact, if you really look very close (in VV1), she hasn't pink hair! She has brown hair with a big pink ribbon on her head! \:\? \:D

#19 in VV3? Is actually purple haired, not pink; #19 is most definitely not brown-haired, as well.

I have a Chief that has more of a burgundy color hair. I have noticed though that there are huge differences in how the colors come through on my Vista as opposed to the XP. She is adorable. The hair of her son though is a reddish brown like his Dad. She has work to do as a Chief now so no more children for her.

This is often a problem today, with flatscreen monitors being the norm. The old, clunky CRT monitors are actually superior most of the time in terms of color accuracy. Many CRTs have problems with color accuracy, and this is sometimes the bane of a graphic artist, as you cannot control the result that someone sees on their computer.

As it is, one flatscreen monitor often gives you a different result from another - another problem might be related to the corrections or attempted enhancement that a video card's settings might apply. But I would doubt that the problem is caused by the operating system.

People are complaining about VV3 hair colors? \:\? That's too bad, I really like the unusual, even unnatural colors. I like the leaves and whatnot in the hair and the guy with the purple/red doo is one of my favorites. I still think they should have a "dye-hut" in VV4 so you can dye the hair or face a variety of colors but, not being a programmer myself, that may be asking to much.

As far as the clothes go, I like alot of the new ones but do miss a few of the old quite a bit. Maybe a dye-hut would work here as well. \:\)

I like the different colors though...they're original.

It's a video game. And people dye their hair colors strange all the time.

Not VV3 in particular - people don't seem to like unnatural colors, more often than they like them. I asked which colors they meant, stating that VV3 seemed pretty normal to me, and someone stated they were in every game. So I opened up the image files, and that's the only one I could find that was questionable.

I only cited #19 in VV3 as an example, when discussing why I don't think Miss Pink-Hair will make a comeback in VV4. Of course, they could always pleasantly surprise us. \:\)

I have got male twins with basically brown hair and another boy a year younger --different parents, and they have blue and red colour in their hair. Never seen that before.

I think you're talking about the hair with red and blue ornamentation of some kind in their hair? That's what I'm assuming it is, because it just doesn't look like hair to me.

Of course, I may be wrong. At this point, it may even be a matter of opinion.
