Collecting the last fish

When does it show up, chapter one or chapter two and where? Does it show up were you get all the other fish down by the dock? Also what are those colored blocks that rise up above the mausoleum when you click on collect of the interesting items?

The appearance of collectible fish is completely random, like many other events on your island (such as the appearance of volcanic cracks, mini-typhoons and more). Only children can catch them and they'll appear in the body of water near the dock.

The blocks on the Mausoleum are Totems! These special items can improve production, population growth and more!

Collectible items and fish can appear to you at any point in the game, including both chapters - make sure you keep looking every time you check into the game!

the very last fish is an aggressive bass.. you have to have a master farmer collect it. I didn't get it until Chapter 2

actually, I was wrong... I just got the last magic fish, and it showed up in the same area as all the others.

So how do I use the Totems? Clicking on them gets nothing. Neither a child nor an adult is interested in them--and being interested in the Mausoleum itself leads only to adult disappointment and child incomprehension.

I've bought from Big Fish, so I don't have a Store to spend money in.
