You just have to continue gameplay. Little surprises pop up here and there, plus you can test out things, like what happens if I do this, or what happens if I do that. If you haven't finished the sub-plot already, you can do that. I guess that if you look hard enough, there's lots to find!

It is a fun game, but it's so slow. I haven't had a surprise in about a week and have been unable to figure out exactly how to get different flowers, other than .

I don't remember VVs or VF taking so long. There was always something to work towards. This game is not the same. Even with the plant and fish games, there was a goal to work towards. This game does not have that element. I'm hanging in there for a few more days. Hopefully, something will happen.

Waited a week still no new things in game

I am in a similar situation-Pond cleaned, bridge repaired, cave open, circle open and kite quest complete. Now nada. Did I miss something? any answers?

I haven't found any more surprises, just the same each day. Although AriaSparkle said to try different things and see what happens...nothing major yet. Try leaving a hole and see what happens later, maybe the next day. I'm also trying plants next to lakes as close as they can be, maybe they will attract bugs that like water too.

In the announcement for 0.6.0, LadyCFII said, "The latest update brings some significant bug fixes and improvements to the game (although the story won't be continued yet - we are still working on that)."

So new story elements are still to come.
