I am on my second generation & have not been able to get the cob web trophy I have the gleaming estate. Is this just a random occurence?

Cobwebs are like socks and wrapper, they appear from time to time. They are hard to see, so maybe you have one right now. You will find them on the mirror of the right bathroom sink.
