I just bought the game from Big Fish Games, but I want to restart it and cannot figure out how. I do not see that option in the help menu. I wrote to support at Big Fish and they said they could not help me . ..

There are a couple of ways to start over. You can go to the menu, select "Change Player" at the bottom right of the screen, and either delete your current player or create a new player in a different slot. You can have up to 5 active games at a time.
