I don't think they are different... I think they're the same as the Windows and Mac versions.

I have a friend with FT for DS. So far she found 2 of the magic fishies. She told me they were (well what do you know): Greenfin Spotanus and Speckled Leaffish. I am SURE she has the DS version!!! I didn't see her tank but what I saw was the game case.
