People often ask us for "more" when they finish one of our games. This begs the question of a sequel...
If we were to release a sequel, which game would you like to see more of?

I'm still wanting a virtual pet program for the PPC, so I chose Little Palm Pet (although you WOULD have to change the title).

I'm thinking you all need to do something new and different. Perhaps you could make expansion sets for existing games, but I think you'd be better off making new "Tycoon" games. If you estabished yourself as the leader in PDA simulation, tycoon games, customers would to you for all their simulation wants.

I still like the idea I had many months ago of combining Plant and Fish Tycoons. Create aquatic plants for the tanks, use dead fish as fertilizer, etc.

I like that idea! You could take the best, most feasible suggestions from users of both Plant and Fish Tycoon and use them to create a pretty cool complex simulation. Like Flash57 said, you could get very creative with what the game player could do with the output of breeding efforts: dead fish fertilizer, selling seed packets, even a little chemistry lab on the side for developing new concoctions to pour on your plants or dump in your fish tank! You already have a lot of the code to serve as a launch pad for it, too.

What would be great, is an idea like the little palm pet, except, that you make it grow, and train it, and then have it battle against other people's palms via infrared. Or you could use the fish tycoon idea, breed little fighting monsters, then have them battle over IR

Well, I don't really use IR, so maybe that idea could just be an added benefit (like trading fish through IR - not necessary for the game but may be fun).

I've heard suggestions similar to this before. People like to grow, nurture and care for cute pets--and them make them fight over IR. Actually that does sound fun.

Well, I want to grow, nurture, and care for cute pets, but can't battle IR, because I have no one to battle with. So could a battle AI be built into the game itself?

I'm not sure I like the battle idea for the pets. It might be way too easy for someone to do nothing but breed killer tendancies into their pet.

If you fight someone else's pet and yours dies, then what? Do you have to start all over? No one's going to like that.

On the other hand, I do think the pets should do a lot more than they do now. I downloaded the demo version a while back and was very disappointed (compared to plant and fish tycoons). The pet did almost nothing. Remember, people are used to The Sims these days and will expect a whole lot more from their simulators.
