Baby Boost! Help!

Hi, I gave my character, 'Lily-Lisette' a Baby Boost for the 1st time ever and then I tried having them make a baby, and the description on the Baby Boost was 'Permanently increases chance of babies'. . . But she didn't even have 1 baby! I didn't want to spend $500 on such a contraption if it won't do anything. . . And she was healthy, happy, and not sick  Oh, and yes she is an adult Help Please, Thanks!

Well, it does say, "Permanently increases CHANCE of babies"; it doesn't guarantee they will have one every time they try.
Do a doctor consult on the dad too, perhaps he needs a shot of BB as well.

Jhanny, every time I start a new generation I always give the couple baby boost. Both the man and the woman. One of my current couples say neither one of them wants kids but they have 4!! I just keep trying to have them make a baby - every 30 minutes or so until they have one. Just be persistant!!

dose a baby boost help them have triplet because i give it to them and the always have 1 kide?

No. Triplets and twins are random. Baby boost has no effect.

Okay- they JUST had a baby- and it will probably be their only kid. . . and they are 56 Am I misunderstanding this post, or are you saying this mom had a baby at age 56? My moms stop having kids at about 50, though I have seen other posts of 52-53 y.o. moms. Just wondering.
