Hi Everyone,

We are really excited to welcome Heather (you know her online as Xay) as our new Customer Support Lead. Those of you who already know her, or who have already dealt with her, are certainly celebrating with us because she is amazing.

This will not change any of the support channels (you still can use the support page, open tickets, come to the forums for help, etc), but what it does mean is that we will now have a great person whose first and primary concern is keeping all of you happy, and helping with any problems that may come up.

Carla, Barbara and myself are always around too...that's not changing either, and we will all combine our efforts to keep support quality and game quality as high as possible.
