I choose cat, but really that should be plural since I have three of them. I have a 7yo grey striped tabby, her name is Tag-a-long, or Tag for short. A 6yo white calico, her name is _bug_ and boy does she. Last is my 4yo orage striped tabby, her name is Nala, my little lioness.

I have a bunch of guppies and a few koi and we have these stray cats in our backyard who my dad gives food to everyday and usually we can see them come and eat. We had 2 cats before, Kitty and Baby, but they both died a month ago

I had to go with other. I have an adorable guinea pig named Cinnamon. He's white and brown, and we're not entirely sure if he's a boy at all. We haven't taken him to the vet yet. And we've had him for more than a year. He was our neighbors' before we got him, so he's about two years old now.

We've also had fish before. First set was goldfish that we had before moving to our current home. My mom dumped them down the sink when they died.

We had a second set later, but they died too, we think from disease. They were black fish, not sure what species. Mine was named Polly and Colin's was named Mo. There was also this itty bitty thing in their tank that Colin thought was their baby, but I think it was actually some sort of poop-eating organism.

Well, I currently only have a little dog. I describe him as a "Rattle" because his daddy (my old dog) was a Rat Terrier and his mamma was a pure Beagle that belonged to my cousins girl friend. He is the funniest thing you ever saw, with that rat terrier body and those looonnnggg beagle legs!

I don't currently have any farm animals, because I sold my goats when my wife got sick. I didn't have time to care for them and her too. I plan to get some Guinea hens this spring and, when my wife gets better, I will get either some more goats or maybe some pigs.

I currently don't have any pets, but I share with my family - so that would make it 3 dogs, 1 puppy (he'll grow up someday!), 2 cats, and a "too smart for her own good" quarter horse.

When I'm able to be home more reliably, maybe I'll get one of my own... of course, now, I don't have the responsibility and I still get cuddles and kisses and the occasional spin around the barnyard.

I have absolutely no pets....though I love cats and dogs equally...even the large, loud dogs which scare me to death when I walk past the yard they're in and the cat which tried to trip me walking up stairs in the middle of the night.

I have a chihuaha named Roscoe, who has been raised with my cats, and thinks he is a cat, he is terrified of dogs!!! I have two cats, a male Siamese named Choco that weighs about 25 lbs, and a female, unknown breed, gorgeous with long gray hair and was born w/o a tail. We just got two kittens, Tucker and Muffie, they are 3 months old, both orange and white and hilarious. Roscoe plays with them just like another kitten would!!

The newest member to our extended family is a Silky Terrier named Missy. I had a brief struggle accepting her as my heart is still sore from the passing of Layla our Great White Pyranese. I've also relaxed my rules of feline etiquette in regards to our four American shorthairs: Sambadi Bijwa(the cat who walks by himself),twin sisters Fatty Lou and Skinny Lou and Kitten Little. They all had serious issues with Missy's adoption..."But,but that's a DOG and we're CAT people and she graduated from Guerrilla Warfare U. and it's just not fair!" "No-no,my dears, that is descrimination and therefore unconstitutional. However, you all are now allowed to jump up on the kitchen counters whenever Missy ambushes you at the food station." And peace reigns once again.

I'll be adopting a new kitten soon myself. When I move I am determined to make my cat an indoor cat, so I'm getting him a kitten to play with and to keep him from getting lonely while I'm at work.

I have two kitties: Bob and Bella. I love them! While they're both family cats, I'm Bella's "mommy" as she's normally curled on my lap, sleeping on my bed, and runs to the door when I come home.

We have two cats and they do keep each other company. One is totally an indoor cat and the other is mostly an indoor cat. Once they've been an outside cat, it's difficult to change them. Takes a lot of patience.

I have a new kittie names Maybelline. I adopted her (she came with the name). She is a pretty petite little girl - about a year old. She looks like she is wearing mascara, hence the name.

We have a black cat named Kimchee. We found him in our neighbor's garage as an abandoned newborn and bottle fed him 2 yrs ago in June.

Four months later, my husband's boss gave us a long-haired mini dauschund who-being a weiner dog and named by my husband-is stuck with the name Kielbasa. (we call her Basa for short)

I picked dog first - I have a 6 yr old 120 lb rottie named Shudia. Also live on a farm with over 200 head dairy cattle, 6 goats & 6 hogs, numerous cats. My fave cat is Smoky, He's a long-haired cat that someone dropped off a couple years ago (please dont do that to your pets, people!) He's as wild as a tiger & we never see him for long but I did get to pet him a couple times.

I'm down to one dog now, since the last time I posted in the poll, but will be getting a full blooded Jack Russell Terrier and a Cow Dog, within the next couple of weeks.

I do see a jack rabbit or two in the yard once in a while and several horned toads.

I have a Military macaw, he is just like an extremely bratty, noisy, annoying toddler! He can't stay in his cage for very long without having a big fit!

I have 2 cats one is 2yrs old and white with apricot(light)markings with blue eyes my daughter brought it home after her boyfriends cat had kittens. My other cat is 9yrs+ not sure of his age he was abandoned by our neighbors last year after they lost their house - they took their dog and left the cat - poor thing was starving - no one knew they even had a cat!! He has only 1 fang and weighed 7 lbs when we took him in. He has been with us for 1 year and now weighs 12 lbs+ and very happy (still only one fang though, but he manages).

I have a 16 yr old male Jack Russell, a 8 yr male old Greyhound - retired racer, and a 6 yr old female Jack Russell. She rules the roost the males totally bow down to her.

I have 2 cats: Phoebe (a black five-year old) and Tootie (a black and brown and cream 2 year-old). They are actually our daughters - they are always by our side and even sleep with us in bed.
